Randy Riley (President)
Randy focuses on business strategy and planning, client initiatives, business development, and strategic partnerships.
Prior to co-founding TRINITY, he was President of HMG Worldwide, a leading in-store marketing company where he helped to lead a number of noteworthy client in-store programs for some of the best known retailers and brands. He has been a member of numerous industry organizations and has spoken at various industry and client conferences. Before HMG, he was a marketing executive for E&J Gallo and Colgate-Palmolive. Randy graduated from Princeton University and has an MBA from Columbia University.
George Cox (Executive Vice President)
George co-leads client project management activities. In addition, George manages our financial team along with planning and administrative responsibilities. Prior to TRINITY, Mr. Cox was SVP Operations with HMG. Before that he spent several years in senior management positions with Giant-Eagle, Supervalu, B. Green, and A&P. His accomplishments ran the gamut from traditional “bricks and mortar” to e-commerce ones. George is a graduate of Towson State University.
John Farinola (Executive Vice President)
John co-leads client project management activities. In addition, John is responsible for various tactical elements of Project Management including strategic sourcing (domestic and Far East), process and QA, and IT systems management. Prior to Trinity, John was VP Project Management at HMG Worldwide and helped to institute strategic improvements in systems integration, project management, and client productivity. John attended Seton Hall University.
